SHIPPING POLICY
Botanical Bear is a one woman Latina owned small business. All of our products are lovingly hand made in small batches to ensure quality. As such please be aware that production and shipping times may vary based on size of order etc.
We strive to ship all orders on Mondays and Thursdays but additional time may be needed due to COVID related supply chain issues. We will do our best to maintain in communication should there be a delay.

Botanical Bear stands by the integrity of our products and the happiness of our customers. Should you be dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason we are happy to offer a full refund or store credit for you to discover a product that more adequately suits your needs.
